I was born and raised in Calgary,  Alberta, and have been at the hub of music education, teaching, examining, adjudication and performance throughout Canada. My key piano mentors included: Boris Roubakine, Leonard Isaacs, William Aide, Jane Coop and the eminent Gyorgy Sebök (Indiana University) as well as composers Luigi Zanninnelli and Dr. Gerhardt Wuensch. Teachers are to be cherished. In the face of our contemporary ‘screen-time’ world, fundamental values of art and humanity should remain at the core.
